Summary: Very experienced in TIG, MIG, and Stick welding.  Proficient in Carobon Arc gouging.  Able to weld Aluminum and Stainless steel very well. Accustom to high production environments.
Detailed Information: Welding Certifications;

AWS D1.1-96 Held since January 20, 1997

QW-484A ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Held since December 16, 2003

Employment;

Atlantic Industrial Technology (2011-Present);
Fabrication of Hydrulic power units for oil rigs for Shell Oil.  Constructed flood gate system for a series of waterway locks.  All these units required Stick, MIG, and TIG processes through system included structual and pipe weld techniques.   Welds had to pass X-Ray and NDE QW-484A pressure vessel standards. Welder for projects with NASA and General Electric with current company.

Firematic Inc, (2005-Present);
Frabrication of off road fire trucks, B.R.A.T., from blue prints; aluminum flat beds, cabinets, and tool boxes.  These welds are visible on polished diamond plate and welds must be "show" quality.  Stainless Steel manifolds are fabricated to mount to pumps. The manifolds hold a number of valves that feed a complicated seriers of piping which water is supplied to various components through out the truck.

Biodex Medical Systems Inc. (2005-2009)
High production welding environment.  Required self motivation to keep production and quality of Physical Therapy and medical equipment.  Kits had to be assembled and welded using TIG and MIG process. Materials consisted of Stainless Steel and Aluminum.

Pride Equipment Corp. (2004-2005)
High production environment requiring problem solving skills with out a lot of supervision.  Welding and metal forming repairs on tractor tarilers, sissor lifts, boom lifts, on and off road forklifts (LULLs), using TIG, MIG, and Stick welding processes.

World Machine Shop (2003-2004)
Heavy equipment repair and as needed fabrication. Hard faceing of tracks and bucket repairs on heavy equipment.  Carbon Arc gouging was used to removed damaged areas for repair.  Built safety stands to hold very large buckets and mechinery in place to safely make repairs. Stick, MIG flux core, and TIG were welding processes used.

F.M.V. Machine Works Inc. (1999-2004)
Fabrication of food porcessing equipment. Stainless Steel and Aluminum welding TIG and MIG processes were used extensively through out production.  Parts required machining and percision cutting to complete finished product.

G & F Systems Inc. (1995-1999)
Construction and install of conveyor belt systems which required in feild problem solving skills to finish install of product. Due to out of state locations blue prints did not always have required information.  Equipment installed included Spiral proofing, cooling, and freezing systems using MIG and TIG welding processes.
